Today Caitlyn's good friend Carrie, her Mom Debbie and her brother Trevor were baptized!
What an AWESOME experience it was for Caitlyn. She was so excited for her friend. She said that Carrie was talking about it for weeks!!!
This family was baptized because and little girl named Annika invited her friend to church!!!
The Dad has been in Iraq for 9 months and just got home before Christmas. He was not baptized with the family BUT HE WAS THERE and I am SURE felt the spirit!!!
Annika (who is ten and the CUTEST thing ever) gave the talk on Baptism. It was as well done as any adults talk I have seen. She spoke in front a room FULL of strangers (she is in a different stake even though she lives down the street) and at the end she bore her testimony and started to cry....there wasn't a dry eye in the room! She is one special little girl. Caitlyn was so excited and it was fun for her to see someone who didn't grow up in the church learn about the gospel from the missionaries and friends! I am sure Caitlyn will be a great Missionary in her life!
