Awards Night - Escobedo Middle School

Tonight was the Award Night at the Middle School.

Brittney received the Teacher Award from Dr. Peters.

Academic Excellence - One Year Straight "A's"

"The Best You Can Be Award" -

Our final award of the evening is a very special award. It is a very special award because it is an award that is voted on and presented to the students by the teaching staff. There are only 2 students in each grade who receive this award. This is not necessarily an academic award, but it is an award in which the student is recognized for enthusiastically taking part in the total school program, who demonstrated a positive attitude, and who gets involved in school activities. It is an award presented to students for being "The Best They Can Be" and exhibiting true Boxer Spirit. One other aspect of this award that is different from all the other awards presented tonight is that the students receiving the Best You Can Be Awards tonight have no idea they are receiving it...YET! At this time it is our pleasure to recognize the 2008-2009 Boxer Award Recipients.
